Black Wood Grill
Located at the front of the hotel, Black Wood Grill is orientated around a live wood-fire grill.
Smoking meats is the Chef’s passion, going back to the primitive form of cooking with fire and preserving with salt and smoke. Techniques of smoking coupled with a fusion of flavors will be the restaurants’ primary focus. Different woods add flavour to enhance the natural produce of Hokkaido. Our 40-seater restaurant caters to families and larger groups where everyone will be able to take joy in sharing an ingredient inspired wholesome meal with produce sourced from around Hokkaido and Japan.
